About the Trust
Brigantia Learning Trust is a multi-phase Trust committed to improving life chances, promoting social mobility, and delivering social justice for the communities it serves. At the heart of our work is a clear and ambitious vision: “Creating Excellence Together through a culture of care.”
We serve a diverse community of over 4,000 pupils and students aged 2–19 across a family of academies in Sheffield. Our provision spans nursery, primary, secondary, all-through and post-16 settings, alongside alternative provision and integrated resource bases, ensuring we can meet a wide range of needs and support every learner to thrive.
Our values

Our approach to school improvement is collaborative and research-informed. We work closely with our academies to build strong systems, share expertise and drive continuous improvement, while maintaining a clear focus on high-quality teaching, leadership development and excellent outcomes for all learners
