We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Chief Education Officer to lead and support school improvement across Brigantia Learning Trust.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic educational leadership and help shape the vision, ethos and future direction of the Trust. You will play a key role in driving improvement, growth and long-term success across all academies.
You will hold overall responsibility for the Trust’s Education Strategy and the performance of all schools, leading on standards, accountability and improvement. You will work closely with Principals and senior leaders, and directly oversee the central education team alongside key support services including IT and MIS, ensuring digital systems and data effectively support teaching, learning, safeguarding and improvement.
We are looking for a leader with a strong track record of delivering sustained school improvement and raising standards across multiple settings. You will hold Qualified Teacher Status and a degree (or equivalent), and bring the experience and credibility to operate at executive level.
The successful candidate will be a confident, collaborative leader with high expectations, strong analytical skills and the ability to turn strategy into clear, effective action. You will be comfortable working with senior leaders and Trustees, and able to drive improvement through challenge, support and partnership.
